Jio Finance Multibrand and Jio Pay/Loans
Users of finance apps often face overwhelming interfaces, low trust, and fragmented experiences across platforms. We addressed this by designing an all-in-one finance platform with a multi-brand design system that ensures visual consistency and modularity across verticals—Payments, Invest, Borrow, and Insure—while driving trust and simplicity through contextual onboarding and global fintech insights.
We crafted an experience strategy focused on scalability by building reusable templates, modular navigation scaffolds, and a flexible architecture to support vertical-led growth. Using the Double Diamond framework, we validated desirability and feasibility mid-sprint, leading to key outputs like the 2.0 Experience Map and a unified component library blending Material and custom patterns, all designed with accessibility and multilingual users in mind.
