Outreach Navigation & Design System Revamp

Outreach, a sales execution platform serving 6,000+ customers, needed help with their complex navigation and inconsistent design. I was hired to simplify how users move through the platform and create a unified design system.

The solution involved restructuring the navigation to make features easier to find and developing consistent design patterns across all screens.

Working closely with the product team, I developed a simplified navigation structure that logically grouped related features while maintaining quick access to frequently used tools. I also created a comprehensive design system that standardized UI components and established consistent patterns for data visualization. The system leveraged Outreach's signature blue-to-purple gradient identity while ensuring clarity across complex dashboards and analytics displays.

The redesign significantly improved the platform's usability, making it easier for sales teams to access critical features like Opportunities, Forecasting, and Reports. The new design system not only created a more cohesive user experience but also provided a scalable foundation for future feature development, particularly supporting the integration of AI-powered tools that are central to Outreach's value proposition.
